How do I book?
Pick your package and a time slot online, then pay the arrhes. You'll get a confirmation email straight away with the studio's exact address and what to bring.
How does the booking payment (arrhes) work?
Your slot is confirmed as soon as the arrhes are paid online via Stripe, and they come off the session price. Under French law, if you cancel, the studio keeps them; if the studio cancels for any reason other than force majeure, it pays you back double. You can reschedule once free of charge with at least 7 days' notice.
Where is the studio?
Studio by appointment in Village-Neuf. We send you the exact address once you've booked.
What language is the session in?
French or English, whichever you prefer.
What if the weather is bad?
Sessions take place in the studio, so the weather doesn't matter. For an outdoor session we watch the forecast with you and, if it isn't looking good, we move it at no charge.
What if my child isn't in the mood?
That's completely normal and we're used to it. We take our time, pause for a cuddle, a snack or a change, and let your child come to us. The best pictures often arrive after ten shy minutes.
When will we get our photos?
You'll get your private Pic-Time gallery link by email, within 7 days of the session, and choose your favourites for final editing there.
Can I get more photos than the ones included?
Yes. From your gallery you can add photos at €12 each, or take the full gallery for €49.
Can I give this session as a gift?
Yes, with a gift voucher from €20 to €500, bought online on the Gift voucher page, emailed with its code and valid for 12 months on all our sessions.
Can I pay other than online?
Payment is made online via Stripe. If online payment is unavailable, we email you a secure Stripe payment link.
How do I buy a gift voucher?
Choose an amount from €20 to €500 and pay securely online. The voucher arrives by email straight away with its personal code, valid for 12 months on all our sessions. You can check the balance on this page at any time using the code. If the studio cancels a session paid with a voucher, the amount used goes back onto the voucher.
What amount should I choose?
Whatever you like, from €20 to €500. To cover a whole session, check the package price on the session's page.
How long is the voucher valid?
12 months from purchase.
What if the session costs more than the voucher?
The difference is simply paid when booking. If it costs less, the balance stays on the voucher until it expires. If the studio cancels a session paid with a voucher, the amount used goes back onto the voucher.
How does the recipient use the voucher?
They book online and enter the voucher code at checkout.
Can I check a voucher's balance?
Yes, on the Gift voucher page, using the code.
